France! Your work is incredible!! I was SOOOO tired and not from lack of sleep last night, so I listened to my body and went to bed shortly after our session.
Today, I am amazed at how my day unfolded from the beginning… I struggled to get out of bed, but everything else flowed and I did a practice with my group and a guy in my group commented “wow, I can’t believe how wide open your heart center is… like there’s nothing holding it back, no emotions, just wide open…” and that’s exactly how I felt. Completely in flow with life and the abundance all around.
And that was AFTER my day of teaching and chaos getting on a meeting after work with my phone in the car and technology trouble… I trusted and stuck it out with no upset! None!
Then I arrived home and checked my texts and I had received a very generous, unexpected monetary gift while I was at work! I feel very free today, and with that, the abundance flows… thanks to you and your work, France. Many Blessings and Gratitude for this is certainly life changing!!!

I can’t recommend France highly enough. Her approach to therapy and coaching is not only thorough but incredibly intuitive. She has an exceptional ability to fluidly navigate across various disciplines and modalities, truly embodying a mastery that feels almost effortless. In our sessions, she frequently anticipates what I’m feeling, even when I struggle to access certain memories. There have been numerous instances where I sensed myself blocking emotions, only for France to perceptively say something like, “You’re protecting those emotions as if you’ve locked them in a vault, wrapped in barbed wire.” It’s mind-blowing how attuned she is to every nuance.
Most importantly, she creates a space where I feel safe enough to be completely vulnerable, and that sense of security and trust is established quickly in every session. I have had the pleasure, honour and blessing to know France and experience her many gifts, including her Body Talk and MAP informed coaching. Like the unfolding and opening of a rose, from a bud into full bloom, I feel that I am opening more and more to claim my full potential. Working with France has brought new perspective, upliftment and peace into my life. I now look at what is reflected to me in my day and can recognize with curiosity the incredibly creative ways I can dress up not dealing with painful feelings and limiting beliefs. When I notice these strategies at work, I smile at their beautiful brilliance and can soften to allowing my creativity to choose differently, to embrace my worth and the love that I AM.
